First visit to have an initial Cryo session on my knee and also discuss options for electo acupuncture. Immediate relief from pain and had a great chat about future options for both my knee and my back going forward. Lovely guy and would 100% recommend.

I recently had a sports massage with Andy that included cupping, acupuncture, and Theragun treatment, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I came in with a particularly sore lower back, and Andy took the time to understand the issue and tailored the treatment to target the pain effectively.

Andy is so professional, experienced and dedicated and immediately makes you feel like you’re an old friend of his. His treatments are not only outstanding but his therapeutic discussions put you at ease from the get go.

He makes no illusions that he can ‘fix’ you but he does make a significant change to the pain and inflammation of the suffering area. Besides that, he also works on other areas to help your body function as it should.

After just one session I felt so much better, and the reduction in my knee inflammation was quite staggering. He’s like a guardian angel in your hour of need!
